Date/Venue Changes:

In the event that the client wishes to change the location or the date of their event, we will make every effort to accommodate the change request, however, the date changes must be requested within 10 days of the event and are subject to availability. The location must be within 5miles of the original location.

Deposits and fees are non-refundable/non- transferable and will be the client's sole responsibility. it's important to understand that last-minute changes can impact the quality of the event and we are not liable if this leads to quality being compromised.

Guest Count:  it's important to be accurate because our service is offered per person, our agreement is to provide service for the Guest Count given at the time of booking. We do prepare a 10% overage to account for our mishap, NOT for client miss count.  Additional guests must be paid for at least 10 days before the event date.
